1. Primary responsibility of the Culinary Chef is overseeing the operation of a Cold & Hot kitchen (semi-finished & finished) products. 2. Well experienced and having good knowledge in cooking procedures and its processing methods for cold and hot sandwiches. 3. Supervise the consistency of various preparations within the cold/ hot kitchen to ensure quality products and adherence to standard recipes of al the sandwiches and salads etc. 4.
