Joinery Supervisor/Manager
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Joinery Production Supervisor/Managerto oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our joinery production facility. The idealcandidate will have comprehensive experience in the joinery industry, with a strong understandingof production workflows, technical drawings, and quality standards. The Supervisor will beresponsible for ensuring that all joinery products are produced on time, within budget, and to thehighest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Production Management:• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to production schedules.• Oversee the production of custom joinery products, ensuring that all specifications,drawings, and requirements are met.• Monitor production targets and implement corrective actions to address anyproduction delays or issues.Technical Expertise:• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for joineryprojects, ensuring that production processes are aligned with design requirements.• Provide technical guidance to the team on how to interpret drawings and resolve anyproduction challenges.• Assist with the selection of appropriate materials and ensure they meet projectspecifications.• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote team productivityand morale.Required Qualifications and Skills:• Experience:o Minimum 8 years of experience in joinery or carpentry.o In-depth knowledge of joinery production processes, technical drawings,materials, and tools.o Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, CADdesigns, and blueprints.o Strong understanding of quality control standards and best practices in thejoinery industry.Education:• Formal training in joinery, carpentry, or a related field.

Project Coordinator for Fit Out work
Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Coordination:o Assist the Project Manager in preparing project schedules, timelines, and budgets.o Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to gather requirements and ensurealignment with project goals.2. Site Management:o Monitor site activities to ensure work is progressing as planned and complies with safety standards.o Conduct regular site inspections to address issues and ensure high-quality standards.3. Documentation & Reporting:o Prepare project documentation, including status reports, progress updates, and handover files.o Maintain accurate records of project plans, contracts, and permits.4. Team Coordination:o Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery ofmaterials.o Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.5. Quality Assurance:o Ensure all fit-out works adhere to specifications, designs, and industry standards.o Conduct quality checks during and after project completion.6. Client Interaction:o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates.o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fit-out or interior design projects.• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and best practices.• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and MS Office Suite.• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
