Requirements
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the optical instruments industry.• Optometrist with a deep understanding of optical instruments, their applications, and usage.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills to effectively promote and sell optical instruments.• Knowledge of the Lower Gulf region's optical instruments market, including key customers and competitors, is highly desirable.• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.• Willingness to travel within the Lower Gulf region to meet with customers and attend industry events as required.
