Position : Accountant and AdminLocation : Sharjah, United Arab emiratesSalary : 3000 AED - 4000 AEDJob type : Full timeLanguage preference : English and HindiHandle accounts payable and receivable processes.- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.- Process payroll accurately and on time.- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.- Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees.- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.- Assist in the organization of company events and activities.- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data protection policies.- Oversee office maintenance and repair tasks.- Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related matters.- Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.- Support HR activities related to onboarding and offboarding processes.- Provide general administrative support to staff and management as needed.- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisors.
