Financial reporting and analysis:Prepare daily current cash balance report with appropriate analysis and recommendations.Prepare cash flow analysis/presentation for the assigned territory (ies) on weekly basis.Prepare an FX report with a summary of the deals conducted during the reporting period to highlight FX transactions, gains or losses and any deviations from the average market rates.Prepare summary of outstanding debts, including interest rates, maturity dates & repayment schedules to manage cash effectively.Submit biweekly bank reconciliations.Provide support in meeting audit requirements and monthly closing for the fiscal year.Bank Relationship:Maintain a strong relationship with the bank by timely responses to queries and emails and also attend bank meetings with Department Manager.Prepare and submit all the documents and reports needed for the renewal of the bank accountsAssist in preparation of the documentation and reports needed to open new credit facilities with banking entities.Assist in developing automation of payment platforms.Review and ensure cleaning up of the bank accounts across the regionCash Management:Coordinate for relevant information related to cash inflow and outflows to prepare accurate short term and long terms cash flow projection.Monitor the daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and also manage excess cash.Mitigate risk that impact cash flow such as currency fluctuation, interest rate changes etc.,Compliance, technology, and systems:Verify payment instructions, bank account details and confirm legitimacy of payees to manage risk of fraudulent transactions.Develop and maintain detailed policies and procedures for Treasury, payment processing, including guidelines for authorization, verification and reconciliation.
