6+ years UAE experience as Chief Accountant or Accounts Manager Manage the daily activities of accounts and financial transactions.Supervision of invoicing and job closing.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, petty cash and VAT.Manage monthly and annual accounts finalization and MIS report preparation. Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like SAP B1. Qualification - Master’s Degree in Commerce Coordinate the process of internal & external audits Provide support to the organization with new contracts to ensure compliance with local regulations Preparation of the company’s budget. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. Prepare all annual Expense Budgets and rolling Forecasts. Maintenance of Financial Accounts on a day to day basis without any backlog in an accurate manner Forecast Cash Flow positions and ensure the sufficient fund are available to meet on-going operational expenses and upcoming Dues Ensuring timely collection of all dues from Customers and provide the daily receivables statement with ageing analysis to the Sales, Operation team and Top management.
