Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, expenses, and payroll.
   Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
   Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
   
2. Reporting and Analysis: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
   Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for cost savings.
   Assist in preparing budgets and forecasting.
   
3. Compliance and Audit:Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and local regulations.
   Prepare and file tax returns (e.g., VAT, GST, income tax).
   Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
   
4. Inventory and Cost Management:Monitor inventory levels and cost of goods sold.
   Work with procurement to control costs and manage supplier payments.
   
5. Payroll and Employee Records:Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
   Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory deductions.
   
6. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the bakery manager and production team to align financial processes with operational goals.
   Communicate with suppliers, customers, and service providers regarding payments and account matters.
