Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervision Civil Engineer/Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various school refurbishment projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering or architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Conduct technical and feasibility studies, as well as site investigations to gather essential project information.
Develop detailed designs in accordance with project requirements, codes, and regulations.
Assess potential risks associated with specific projects and implement effective risk management strategies.
Supervise tendering procedures and prepare comprehensive project proposals.
Manage, supervise, and visit contractors on-site, providing expert advice on civil engineering matters.
Oversee the work of junior staff and mentor civil engineers throughout their professional development.
Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Employ creative and logical thinking to resolve design and development challenges.
Manage budgets and project resources efficiently.
Adapt to client-driven design changes and promptly communicate modifications to relevant stakeholders.
Lead teams of engineers from various organizations or firms, ensuring effective collaboration.
Review and approve project drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for project design and documentation.
Perform complex calculations required for project planning and execution.
Coordinate material and equipment purchases and monitor delivery schedules.
Participate in public meetings to discuss projects, particularly in senior roles.
Coordinate and follow up on all requirements from authorities, clients, contracts, and other stakeholders.
Adhere to relevant regulations, such as building permits, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Ensure smooth project execution, on-time completion, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Compile, review, and approve project reports to document progress and outcomes.
Take initiative and work independently on assigned tasks.
Comply with the company's Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Perform any other adhoc activities as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile
· B.Sc. in Civil / Architectural Engineering

· 5-7 years of working experience in Supervision Projects
