Job Designation: Clinic Operations Manager
Location: Al Jaddaf, Dubai.
Job Brief:
Shuraa is currently hiring for a client who is launching its aesthetic and dermatology clinic here in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager with a background in aesthetics, dental and laser treatments to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and managerial skills to effectively manage a team of medical professionals and support staff.
Job Responsibilities:
· Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all functions are running smoothly.
· Staff Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage across all departments.
· Contracts & Documentation: Manage clinic contracts, vendor agreements, and maintain important documentation.
· Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with the DHA and ensure all inspections and regulatory requirements are met.
· Clinic Software Systems: Ensure that the clinic’s software systems are functioning properly, including managing appointments, medical records, and billing.
· Licensing & Inspections: Ensure that all required professional licenses are obtained and renewed. Oversee DHA inspections.
· Front Office Management: Supervise front desk operations, including patient reception, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
· Financial Management: Manage the clinic's profit and loss (P&L) by monitoring revenue, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to improve financial performance
· Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance, clinic activity, and staff attendance.
Job Requirements
· Proven minimum of three years of UAE experience in aesthetic, dermatology or dental clinics.
· Bachelor’s degree in medicine, dentistry, physiotherapy or any other related field is preferred.
· A master’s degree in healthcare management or business administration is a plus.
· Proficiency in clinic management software, scheduling systems, and electronic medical records (EMR) with a solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and profit optimization.
· Strong managerial and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
