Job Brief:
Shuraa is currently hiring for its client, a leading design company who is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying potential clients, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the design team to deliver exceptional services.
Job Responsibilities:
•Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
•Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
•Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the company’s design services.
•Close deals successfully by negotiating contracts and pricing.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and implementation of solutions post sale.
•Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
•Work closely with the design team to ensure client expectations are met.
Job Requirements:
•Proven sales experience in a design firm or a related industry, with a track record of closing deals.
•A strong network within the design community to generate leads and acquire clients.
•Excellent ability to identify and approach potential clients effectively.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and proposals clearly.
•Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
•Skilled in negotiating contracts and pricing for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques specific to the design industry.
