JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Commercial Solutions Manager will spearhead the implementation of the sales strategy targeting Chinese customers and rig builders to drive significant revenue growth and expand the company’s presence in the EH MENA region. Under the guidance of the Sales Director, the Commercial Solutions Manager must cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with current and prospective customers and their representatives. This role is crucial for ensuring clear and effective communication and collaboration with rig builders and internal departments, facilitating the successful integration of equipment into new build rigs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Will be responsible for direct sales for all Capital equipment, Smart Suite portfolio for his assigned in EH region.
Account Oversight:
· Oversee the delivery of products or services to clients, ensuring quality and timely execution.
· Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, parts sales tTeam,, marketing, operations and the factory) to address client needs and resolve issues.
· Direct involvement with client and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of equipment integration projects
· Monitor account performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Client Relationship Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Sales and Revenue Management:
· Work with clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
· Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
Strategic Planning:
· Develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals and company objectives.
· Identify opportunities for account sales growth and additional services.
· Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
· Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
· Implement corrective actions and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Prepare reports on account performance, trends, and opportunities for internal stakeholders
