Customer Service and Compliance:Understand and meet customer needs with personalized solutions. Ensure full compliance with Law No. (6) of 2019 on Jointly Owned Property in Dubai. Maintain high personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Community Management:Maintain updated homeowner and occupant data in ECM Direct. Promote community spirit and resident engagement. Conduct daily inspections and audits of community facilities and common areas.
Service and Vendor Management:Review and ensure service levels are maintained. Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring statutory requirements are met. Organize daily meetings with service providers for site management.
Crisis and Issue Resolution:Manage crises and emergencies, coordinating with authorities and escalating as needed. Investigate and resolve issues raised by homeowners, residents, and service providers. Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
Financial and Procurement Management:Assist in budgeting, reviewing costs, and exercising cost-saving strategies. Review, negotiate, and process procurement requirements and invoices. Pursue recovery of outstanding community service fees.
Reporting and Communication:Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports for Owners Committees and Management. Provide updates to customers via various communication channels. Ensure complaints are resolved within agreed timelines and maintain high customer satisfaction
