Job brief:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable experience in managing client relationships and supporting after service requirements. It’s a three-month paid internship, post completion and satisfactory performance will be converted into a fulltime position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with post-sale inquiries
  • Resolve client issues by gathering information and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM software
  • Preparing reports on common client issues, feedback, and service metrics.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
