Job brief:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable experience in managing client relationships and supporting after service requirements. It’s a three-month paid internship, post completion and satisfactory performance will be converted into a fulltime position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with post-sale inquiries
- Resolve client issues by gathering information and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM software
- Preparing reports on common client issues, feedback, and service metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
