The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects.

Evaluate and analyze historical data, industry trends, and market conditions to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

Participate in project bid reviews and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Maintain and update technical documents of unit costs and productivity rates for various project components.

Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide support during project handover to ensure a smooth transition from the estimation phase to project execution.
