Provide sophisticated calendar management and keep track of daily appointments of CEO
Responsible for routine admin duties including correspondence, handling email, preparing documents, drafting official letters for completeness, dates and signatures
Organize and maintain files and documents
Manage incoming calls, prioritize urgent messages and emails
Attend meetings and prepare agenda and minutes of the meeting
Ensure to register/RSVP’s attendance on internal and external meetings/seminar/forum. Assist in travel arrangements as requested
Accurately track expenses by managing credit cards and receipts. Process and submit receipt accurately and on schedule
Arrange schedules, handle correspondence, provide travel related services including visa, hotel, transportation, itineraries and other business-related requirements
Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder
