The Role: Preparing complete cost of estimation for MEP Facility Management Services which includes; hard services, soft service, material, labor, man hours, direct & indirect resources in line with BOQ, scope of work, project specifications & standards.Responsibilities:• Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract details and conditions.• Preparing tender study report by analyzing the scope of work.• Study tender BOQ, quantities take off, sending enquiries to the / subcontractors vendors to get competitive quotations.• Implement tender strategy as communicated by proposals / estimation manager.• Liaise with operations team to establish execution / method statements and reflect the same in estimation.• Establish direct cost resources required to execute various activities.• Prepare man hour calculations for various activities.• Preparing technical clarifications to client for discrepancies in tender documents after reviewing. Incorporating the changes after response.• Participate in pre- tender meetings, site visits and preparing site visit report to analyze the project scope of work.• Analyze vendor technical offers and commercial as well in view of project specifications and standards.• Preparing comparative statements to analyze and select the most appropriate vendors and subcontractors.• Prepare vendors cost comparative study report to get financial selection of vendors/ subcontractor & price.• Preparing required bid documents includes commercial and technical submittals.• Collect all vendors’ technical data sheets, vendor’s specification, drawings, and compile in line with tender documents to prepare technical bid submission.• Preparing coordinating post tender technical clarifications and commercial as well.• Coordinating with vendor post tender clarification to technical qualifications.• Assist the management for post tender commercial negotiations with client and vendors as well to reach competitive pricing.

Job Summary:The CCTV Presales Engineer is responsible for reading tender and RFP documents, designing customized security surveillance solutions, and ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with MOI Standards. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their security needs, and preparing technical proposals. Key Responsibilities:Carefully reading the RFP documents to understand customer requirements and design tailored CCTV and security surveillance solutions that meet MOI Guidelines and Standards.Prepare technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), system architecture, and compliance documents.Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.Assist sales teams in client meetings, presenting solutions, and addressing technical queries.Specify and recommend suitable cameras, storage, network devices, and video management software (VMS).Ensure solutions comply with MOI standards and client-specific requirements.Stay updated with the latest CCTV technologies, including AI-based analytics, cloud solutions, and integration with access control systems.Evaluate different brands (Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, etc.) and recommend optimal products.Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors to obtain the best pricing and technical support. Qualifications & Skills Required:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field. Certifications in CCTV, networking, or security systems (e.g., CCNA, Milestone, Genetec) are a plus.Experience: 3-5 years in CCTV design, security systems presales, or a similar role. Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of MOI SSD Standards and Guidelines, video analytics, and video streaming storage solutions.Familiarity with VMS platforms (Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, etc.).Understanding of networking (IP addressing, PoE, bandwidth calculations, etc.).Ability to design system drawings using AutoCAD or Visio.Experience with access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security is a plus.
