Revenue Manager will oversee the sales contracts, invoicing and billing of Group companies. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and accurate generation of invoices, maintain updated contract records, and ensure all billing strictly aligns with contractual terms.
- Ensure Ensure timely and accurate raising and delivery of invoices.
- Ensure contracts are properly recorded in Oracle EAM module.
- Maintain hard copies and digital records of all contracts.
- Closely monitor the contract commercial terms to ensure billing accuracy as per contract while taking into consideration the actual time sheets signed by clients.
- Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing issues and other contractual matters.
- Assist the collection team in improving revenue collection efficiency and reducing outstanding receivables by following actions:
- Maintaining updated SOAs and Ageing summaries
- Sharing clients outstanding SOAs immediately upon receipt of payment
- Reconciling the balances with clients on monthly basis.
- Prepare reports on invoicing, revenue trends, and discrepancies and sharing with concerned stakeholders for validation.
- Cross checking for any missed revenues by comparing PAID vs BILLED vs DEPLOYED resources in all the companies.
