Looking for an experienced Glass Machine Maintenance Technician.
Strong knowledge of checking and trouble shooting of Form Glass Staight/beveling polish Machines, CNC cutting Machines,special-shape Machine, glass driling Machine. glass laser machine, glass washing Machine by using the correct procedures based on the Manuals provided for each machine to eliminate break down. .
Reading Blueprints, Electrical Drawings and Control Diagrams to assist and plan for trouble shooting.
Perform fault analysis of Electrical & Electronics components such as transformers, controls, PCB, Motor, sensor, contractor and circuit breakers.
Basic Knowledge of PLC, Drives, Servo Motor, Vfd Etc.
Preparing requisition for Electrical Spares and Consumables for repairing and maintenance works.
selecting appropriate replacement parts and troubleshooting problems by using the correct procedures.
Understands and follows all plant safety, work,
Daily routine work of Preventive and break down maintenance Daily update of break down register and report ,
Experience:
2 Years in same field.
Strong knowledge & experience of all glass Machines by using the correct procedures based on the Manuals provided for each machine to eliminate break down.
