Technician - Glass straight/beveling polish operators, CNC cutting operator, special -shape edge operators.

We are seeking an experienced glass and mirror fabricators to oversee the day-to-day operations of our glass and mirror production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of fabricators, ensuring high-quality production, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of glass and mirror fabricators.
• Train and mentor staff, ensuring they follow best practices and safety protocols.
• Allocate tasks and ensure production schedules are adhered to.
• Fabrication & Quality Control:
• Oversee the fabrication of glass and mirror, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of production and ensure timely adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the fabrication process.
• Production Planning & Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet production deadlines.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate materials are available for production.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all employees comply with safety regulations and proper usage of equipment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a safe work environment.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and submit production reports, ensuring accurate documentation of output, materials, and labor.
• Monitor and control production costs, working to optimize efficiency.
• Maintenance & Equipment Management:
• Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of machinery to prevent downtime.
• Report and manage equipment malfunctions or the need for repairs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in glass and mirror fabrication.
• Skills: glass straight edge grinder,glass bevel edge grinder,glass cutter and glass driller.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in aluminum fabrication techniques and equipment.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Education: A relevant technical diploma or certificate..
