· Build and maintain the official website.
· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize strategies.
➢ Content Creation and Curation
· Generate engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms.
· Curate and share relevant third-party content that aligns with the brand.
➢ Social Media Management
· Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
➢ Community Engagement
· Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
· Foster community interaction and build relationships with followers.
· Has an idea about Sales Navigator and other Community engagement tools
➢ Analytics and Reporting
· Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
➢ Trend Monitoring and Research
· Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
· Research and identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
➢ Collaboration and Coordination
· Work closely with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency.
· Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborative projects.
➢ Brand Awareness and Promotion
· Enhance brand presence and awareness through innovative social media strategies.
· Promote products, services, and events effectively across social platforms.
➢ Compliance and Best Practices
· Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
· Follow best practices for social media marketing and ethical standards.
Qualifications for Social Media Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for businesses or organizations.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Experience in customer service and community management.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
