We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the same sector. The primary responsibility will be to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the glass and alum.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and offer solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the glass and alum.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Willingness to work on a target basis and achieve sales goals.
• Strictly with VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE. Preferably with own car.
