- Ensure MEP systems comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
- Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Perform calculations and simulations to optimize MEP system performance.
- Manage MEP sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system issues during construction and post-construction phases.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
