- Maintaining accurate stock at the spares warehouse all the time.
- Preparing parts issue report as per approved service orders.
- Implementing Min/Max policy across all spare parts stock as per the current product range.
- Preparing spare parts stock orders as per stock movements and service center requirements.
- Following up on spare parts’ orders arrival, checking quantity & quality, and report for in-warding.
- Spare parts pin allocation, maintain neat & clean shelves with clear parts identification.
- Updating Service Manager with parts availability and substitution of no-more-available parts.
- Service Orders’ closing as per job completion updates from technical team and service manager.
- Performing planned inventory stock count or whenever required.
