Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of manpower projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Act as a central point of contact between clients, project teams, and management.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress. Address client queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
Recruitment and Mobilization: Coordinate the recruitment, mobilization, and demobilization of blue-collar and white-collar workers as per project needs. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa processing requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and client approvals. Prepare periodic reports to track project status, worker performance, and budget utilization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR, operations, and finance teams to align project activities with organizational goals. Monitor team performance and ensure task allocation is aligned with project timelines.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all project activities comply with legal, safety, and quality standards. Conduct periodic audits to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
Problem-Solving: Resolve project-related challenges promptly and escalate critical issues to management when necessary. Proactively mitigate risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
