Job Purpose:You will perform professional transportation economy studies and analyses in relation to Dubai’s strategic transportation plans, policies, and projects.Key Responsibilities:Perform professional transportation economy studies and analyses in relation to Dubai strategic transportation plans, polices and projects.Develop and update policies, guidelines and methodologies in relation to macro and micro economic studies and analyses for transportation plans, travel demand management measures and projects.Undertake wider economic feasibility studies for transportation projects (roads, public transport, travel demand management measures, fare structures and options, smart centres, platforms and applications).Suggest, develop and update economic analysis tools, models and data base required for to facilitate carrying out different types of macro and micro economic studies and analyses.Undertake economic feasibility studies for newly evolving mobility modes and business models making use of best international practicesCollect, check and analyze data related to economic growth of different economic sectors in Dubai, GDP information and studies, local and regional economic trends anddevelop robust methodologies to forecast and modify the forecasts of Dubai population (resident and day time) in the context of a comprehensive EBA (Economic-Based Assessment) framework.Prepare scopes of work and manage different types of transportation economic feasibility studies which need to be conducted with the help of external consultants.Review and comment on financial and economic study reports received from internal and external entities and stakeholders.Perform any other duty as required or assigned by the higher authority.Critical Competencies:Result OrientationAnalytical ThinkingKnowledge SharingClient OrientationChange and Innovation ChampionIndustry and Global PerspectiveLeadership Skills

JOB PURPOSE Carry out programmed field inspection on the works done and inspect utility works issued by No Objection Certificates through E-NOC system & to ensure defects free Right of Ways.KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES Inspect utility services projects upon notification of initiation and completion, prepare Snag list and related photos and submit to the superior. Re-inspect the same upon attendance of the same by contractor. Enter all the data related to the violations and the field site visits and the remarks concerned with the diversions, the granted permits, campaigns, temporary vehicle accesses, pedestrian accesses and illegal occupations in the allocated program in the system to use them in follow up and making reports & issuance of Warning/Fines. Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports about the works he visited that include a statement and determination of the size of completed work and the actions taken in this concern and submit them to direct supervisor without delay. Conduct field visits in relation with the applications and complaints received by the Authority from the public and to submit reports about them for necessary action. Make solution to minor problems on the spot by contacting concerned authorities, contractors and other parties involved. Inspect area of responsibility to locate, identify, measure and specify the defects such as asphalt, interlock footpaths, sign damages, signal damages, road markings and any other general defects and to report those in the defect report form and send it to direct supervisor. Inspect area of responsibility to locate, identify, measure and specify the defects related to utility providers, other Government or related agencies/ bodies, prepare and send reports to Direct Supervisor. Re-inspection until rectification of the same by the concerned. Perform daily inspections according to the inspection schedules to ensure the compliance with the recognized systems, regulations, standards and procedures of the work Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate. Inspect on illegally parked heavy vehicles on right of way and arrange for locking or towing as per systems and procedures set aside by the authority. Attend to emergencies informed by the Call Center or direct supervisors, and update the Call Center or senior supervisors upon the completion of the problem.

· Responsible for documenting the functionality requirements for SCF new project roll out· facilitate the vendor / IT discussions + testing of the system during roll out.· Work closely with the wider project team, especially GTB Channels teams & FAB IT team to document / review the detailed requirements.This role provides a major contribution to FAB GTB in delivering the digitization and transformation strategy.
