Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for employee visas, permits, and company licensing.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
Monitor and renew trade licenses, company registrations, and legal certifications.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, free zones, and PRO agencies.
Represent the company professionally during interactions with public offices.
Operational Support:
Assist in onboarding processes, including visa stamping and medical checkups.
Provide updates on the status of applications and renewals to management.
Handle urgent requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
