· Providing Health and Safety services to all sites and assist QHSE staff and Senior staff in all sites to adhere to all the Company QHSE Procedures in MEP, Cleaning, Security and all other associated activities with these main Operations in the company.

· Responsible for the implementation of ServeU QHSE Management system.

· Liaise with QHSE Manager and Department Managers in implementation of QHSE Management System and issues safety directives accordingly.

· Report to Management any potential risks such as defective equipment or tools, inclement weather, unfit operators, deficient materials, unsafe access etc, suspend work immediately and resume work only when such is rectified as received from the site staff and Inspectors.

· Report any occupational injury or illness to QHSE Manager who will liaise with the client Management.

· Report to the HOD and Facilities Engineer at site any employee who disregards or violates any safety rules.

· Ensure that employees only use scaffolds that have been inspected and with Scarf tags affixed by the qualified scaffolding supervisor.

· Ensure that employees use only portable ladders and stepladders for limited use and they conform to applicable standard regulations and project safety requirements.

· Ensure that all the necessary work permits are obtained prior to start of work and also all the safety requirements in the work permit are complied with.

· Ensure that all employees are provided with protective hard safety helmet, safety boots, protective eyewear, ear defenders, respiratory protection and any other personal protective equipment to suit the task they are carrying out.

· Ensure that no-smoking is strictly enforced in all no- smoking areas.

· Monitors, reviews and advises the HODs and FEs at different sites on HSE policies implementation and results of the HSE audits.

· Ensure QHSE roles, responsibilities, policies, plans and objectives are communicated to all relevant personnel.

· Monitors QHSE training requirements of personnel and coordinates in conducting internal training. All external training will be carried out by Government Approved agency.

Receives client's latest QHSE standards and procedures, and advises the QHSE Manager, HODs to revise Company procedures accordingly, if necessary
