Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, and evaluating and updating care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy, and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses, medications, and treatment plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, and analyze and interpret results.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medical histories and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
