Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to manage our procurement processes. In this role, you’ll ensure timely, cost-effective acquisitions, maintain optimal inventory levels, negotiate contracts, and uphold compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and experienced in procurement best practices, playing a key role in aligning purchasing with our strategic goals and supporting operational efficiency. Passion for supply chain management in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the procurement process for goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Resolve any issues related to delayed shipments or defective products.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
