- Drive sales growth in Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels by implementing and monitoring sales strategies, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to achieve sales targets and enhance team capabilities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
- Oversee the execution of promotional activities and merchandising programs in stores, maximizing product visibility and driving sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in both MT and GT channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
- Manage the sales budget, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability within assigned territories.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales processes, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure product availability.
