1Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Oversee new hire orientation and employee training programs.

  1. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in compliance with company policies.
    Maintain a positive working environment through conflict resolution, employee engagement, and morale-boosting initiatives.
  2. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure regular feedback is provided.
    Assist managers with employee performance reviews, goal setting, and career development plans.
  3. Policy Development & Compliance: Draft and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
    Handle disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring legal and procedural fairness.
  4. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation packages.
    Provide guidance on salary negotiations and performance-based rewards.
  5. HR Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data using HR software.
    Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
  6. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    Ensure that employees are equipped with the skills required to meet business objectives.
