Job Title: Nurse In-Charge – Aesthetic Clinic

Job Objective:
To drive excellence in clinical operations, patient care, and team leadership at a premier aesthetic and dental clinic. The role involves managing advanced treatments, regulatory compliance, and operational workflows while ensuring efficient procurement and inventory processes.


Job Brief:
Shuraa is looking for an experienced Nurse In-Charge to lead our aesthetic and dental clinic in Dubai. This senior position demands expertise in aesthetic procedures, exceptional team management skills, and a proactive approach to clinic operations. The Nurse In-Charge will oversee patient care, inventory management, procurement, and clinical compliance, while contributing to the clinic’s strategic growth and reputation.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical activities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care.
  • Assist and supervise aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, and advanced skin therapies.
  • Address patients and the nursing team with clinical inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy to enhance satisfaction and trust.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure clients are informed about pre-and post-treatment care.
  • Manage the clinic’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and minimal downtime.
  • Handle inventory control, ensuring timely ordering and restocking of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Maintain detailed records of stock levels, expiry dates, and procurement costs,conducting regular audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and clinic-specific protocols.
  • Drafting and updating clinic policies to align with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for patient treatments and clinic operations.
  • Mentor and train nursing staff on advanced treatments, patient care, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for team development.
  • Manage the shifts for the nursing staff.
  • Monitor and ensure proper functioning of all clinical equipment and devices.
  • Implement and maintain strict infection control measures and sterilization protocols.
  • Ensure all patients sign consent forms before procedures confirming their understanding of the treatment.
  • Collaborate with management to introduce innovative treatments and services aligned with client demands.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine and integrate them into clinic offerings.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing insights on client preferences and promoting clinic services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid DHA license or eligibility as a registered nurse.
  • Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in aesthetic clinical practices.
  • Expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement practices.
  • A deep understanding of medications and consumables used in the aesthetics field
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
