- Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures diagnostics.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various power tools, machines, and equipment.
- Prepare service reports and list required parts for quotation.
- Communicate with customer service team for raising quotations and receiving customers’ approvals.
- Obtaining spare parts issuance approval from service manager.
- Manage spare parts requests from parts warehouse as per approved quotations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and testing of repaired tools.
- Interpret technical diagrams, and repair manuals.
- Stay updated on the latest repair methods and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies & procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Provide technical repair training for new and existing technicians
- Assist in planning spare parts orders
- Update the team with new service bulletins and give feedback on implementation.
