- Greeting Customers and receive their tools/machines.
- Understanding Customers complaints about tools/machines malfunctions and defects.
- Creating service orders with complete data after visual inspection of the defective tools/machines.
- Coordinating with Technical team and service manager for prioritizing the repairs as per customers’ recommendations and requirements.
- Preparing and sending repair quotations as per technicians’ recommendations.
- Providing customers with basic cost evaluation to manage customers’ expectations.
- Follow up on repair status with technicians in coordination with service manager.
- Informing Customers about potential cost savings and warranty terms & conditions.
- Upselling QTC services through trade-in offers whenever suitable.
- Managing spare parts sales and suggesting best options for customer’s requirements.
- Invoicing completed jobs and handing over tools/machines to customers.
