Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain the product or service to potential customers and answer their queries.
  • Close sales deals with customers over the phone and achieve set targets.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Update customer information and sales records in the company's database.
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Attend team meetings and share feedback on sales and customer insights.

We are looking for a well-spoken tele sales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The tele sales representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients’ feedback can be utilized to improve our services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Telesales Executive or a similar role.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
