- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in customers with queries related to services, bookings, and promotions.
- Ticketing & Sales: Handle ticket sales, reservations, and bookings. Promote special offers and membership programs.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and provide quick, satisfactory resolutions. Escalate complex issues to management if necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all entertainment services, activities, promotions, and packages to provide accurate information to customers.
- Safety Guidelines: Ensure customers are informed of and adhere to safety rules and procedures within the facility.
- Feedback Collection: Encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience and report any recurring issues to management.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage records of daily walk-ins, ticket sales, and customer inquiries. Update customer profiles in the system if necessary.
