Conducts planning of the project to find ways of enhancing project efficiency, saving time in project delivery, and maximizing its economic return to the Employer.Prepares and attends critical technical discussion meetings with the project consultants and the Employer for the purpose of creating consensus on ways to expedite the planning process and enhance the final master plan.Attends regular meetings with the consultant and Employer representatives to monitor the development of the consultancy services and provide technical assistance to the Employer in directing the planned deliverables.Assists in the preparation of RFPs for sub-consultants whose inputs are needed for the respective consultant to produce the final master plan and its accompanying documents and reports.Review and approve/comment on the Design schedules as submitted by the Contractor and ensure the Design Schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.Review all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as submitted by the Contractor and report to the Construction Manager any deficiency or non-compliance.Advise the Construction Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken.Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
