Responsibility-Handle the full process of getting the Municipality approvals for all new DRC products/SKU’s, as well as Billboard Signage.Handle the full process of getting the Municipality approvals for MT scratch and win promotions, all C&G promotions, QSR promotions through handling face to face transactions with the authorities and negotiations if necessary.Initiate communication with sponsored groups/agencies to coordinate branding & deliveries.Assist with writing the Arabic letters to sponsored entities as well as translation & summarization of Arabic communications.Preparation of FOC paper work & system approval.Raising LPR for marketing purchases.Creating GRNs, IOU and delivery notes.Ensure transportation of branding, POSM, product supply and other materials to and from designated venues.Be responsible for the erection and striking of branding, POSM and marketing materials branding at designated venues.Assist with storage and transportation of marketing materials and premiums.Assists with stock taking of marketing collateral.Maintain branding materials in terms of cleanliness and repair.Report to the Sponsorship Manager for all delegated tasks / back-office help.Implement sampling procedures, teams at sponsored events and external sampling activities.Run and coordinate consumer promotion premium redemptions at DRC factory and assist the marketing executive in expediting the redemptions plans for all major consumer promotionsCo-ordinate special on-pack premium packing and overseeing labor been used for premium packing.Uphold the customer relationship ethos, and deals with all customer queries when they visit DRC for premium redemption.Audit closures and ring-pulls and correlates the count against premiums which are been redeemed.Supply daily and weekly reports on redemptions taking place from DRC.

The main responsibility will be to oversee the procurement of used automotive parts from various sources to support the repair and maintenance operations, ensuring the availability of high-quality used parts at competitive prices, contributing to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our service department.Responsibility-Research and identify sources for used automotive parts, including salvage yards, auctions, dealerships, and online platforms.Evaluate the quality, condition, and compatibility of used parts to determine suitability for purchase and resale.Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms for used parts acquisitions.Compare and evaluate Price from suppliers.Coordinate with the parts department and service advisors to identify specific parts needs based on repair orders and customer requests.Place orders for used parts, track shipments, and verify receipt of parts according to purchase agreements and quality standards.Inspect incoming used parts for accuracy, completeness, and condition, resolving any discrepancies or issues with suppliers as needed.Maintain accurate records of used parts inventory, purchases, pricing, and supplier information.Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases/system.Coordinate with storekeeper to ensure proper storage.Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and availability of used parts to make informed purchasing decisions and optimize inventory management.Ensure compliance with company policies.Performs other related tasks assigned by the reporting supervisor.
