This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in project management within the interior design and fit-out industry. The Executive Project Manager will assist in managing and executing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination:Support the project management team in overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.Assist in developing project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify issues, and assist in resolving them to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.Client Interaction:Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing updates on project status.Support the maintenance of strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication and timely responses to inquiries.Team Support:Collaborate with project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective coordination and execution.Provide administrative and logistical support to team members, helping to align efforts with project goals and company standards.Quality Control:Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.Budget and Financial Support:Help develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and assisting in cost control.Assist in preparing financial reports, including cost estimates, change orders, and account settlements.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.Support the resolution of conflicts and issues that arise during the project.Procurement and Vendor Management:Assist in the procurement process, including the selection and management of suppliers and subcontractors.Support contract negotiation and management to ensure favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.Assist in generating project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in project management within the interior design and fit-out industry.Demonstrated ability to assist in managing projects and working effectively within a team.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive client and team relationships.Basic proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative interior design and fit-out projects.
