Roles & Responsibilities Answer phone calls or messages received and direction on behalf of the CEO via WhatsApp, email or social media accounts. Record notes and messages for the CEO Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences. Responding to client’s inquiries when required which might be related to his Real Estate, Jewelries and Fur Coats Businesses. Post photos of jewelry, luxury bags and furs on Instagram and Facebook. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the CEO Read and write correspondence in mail or email form Managing and organizing diaries, and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events Taking meeting minutes Guaranteeing a steady stream of clients by actively engaging in marketing and promotional activities Keeping and maintaining efficient and accurate filing systems. Photocopying and keeping an accurate and up-to-date record of sales documents. Gathering, preparing, and processing documents, such as sales contracts, purchase agreements, and deeds. Roles & Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities The pediatrician will be responsible for attending ambulatory and hospitalized patients in the age group from birth to the 14th birthday, including cases of all degrees of complexity, according to approved standards of medicine. Work is performed to meet established medical ethical and legal rules in the field of pediatrics and by observing practices and procedures as required by Medical Services. This embraces the medical standards required in such fields as infectious diseases, cardiology, gastroenterology, central nervous system, hematology, endocrinology and other fields of pediatrics. Supervision is minimal due to the nature of the work involved. The majority of professional problems encountered are solved without reference to the HOD, who is informed of unusual problems or actions taken regarding unusual cases.
