Roles & Responsibilities Job Description (in brief): Shall be responsible for: · Conversant with the Engineering Standards such as API, NFPA, ASME and Client Standards such as ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Gas Processing etc. · Good experience in Oil & Gas industry with basic knowledge of Engineering Software e.g. HYSYS, PIPENET, PIPESIM, FLARESIM, FLARENET etc. · Review of Process Deliverables to ensure the quality of documents and to make sure project scope is well addressed. · Review of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Philosophies, Shutdown Philosophies, HSE Studies & Reports, Operation Manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments. · Involvement in Technical Meetings with Client, Engineering Subcontractor and Vendors to figure out the outstanding issues. · Ensuring Planned Engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverables by coordinating with Engineering Subcontractor. · Support in Preparation & Issuance of RFQs, evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc. · Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations. Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current LAN, WAN networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient IT operations and resolve complex technical issues. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and security protocols. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT support. Ensure data security and privacy measures are in place and followed. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements and skills Minimum requirement is a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or its equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field is required. Good understanding of Networking Protocols and modern technologies. Language proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Proven work experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar positions. A strong grasp of network infrastructure and network hardware is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Reliability and flexibility are important traits when required. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including Firewalls, Switches, PABX, and Wireless Access Points/Controllers. Familiarity with application transport and network infrastructure protocols. Prior experience in an EPC Company is advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities Issue RFQ to Approved suppliers and follow-up for offers after receipt of MR from Engineering with relevant applicable specifications, datasheets. Follow-up for Techno-commercial Bids within due date & Distribute Technical Bid to Engineering, QA team for Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE). Co-ordinate with engineering team for technical offer evaluation/ Internal Expedition. Involvement in Techno-commercial discussions, getting clarification with supplier and Engineering team for Technical queries. Issuance of commercial queries if any and finalizes Commercial Bid evaluations (CBE) for Shortlisted Vendors· Negotiations with Technically Approved/ Shortlisted Vendors during CBE. Roles & Responsibilities Follow-up with vendor for documentation submission as per approved VDDR. Expedite with the Engineering and QA Team for documents approval. Expedite the supplier to get the progress report and update the data in weekly report Field Expediting Visit at Supplier workshop whenever required. Weekly meeting with Vendor & Project Engineers and chase for priority items. Ensure approval of all supplier documents before inspection. Expedite the Suppliers for stage wise inspection. Coordinate with inspection dept. or TPI and arrange the inspection accordingly. Roles & Responsibilities Job Description (in brief): Ø Oversee Mechanical engineering development during the Engineering, and Construction & Commissioning phases of the project for all Static/Rotating Equipment & Packages. Ø Responsible for managing EPC deliverables and all Mechanical works associated with Static/Rotating Equipment and packages, undertaken & executed by the sub-contractors/Vendors.
