Design Management· Lead and manage the design process from project inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budgets, and schedules.· Coordinate with internal teams (Development, Project Management, Marketing, and Sales) to translate business and operational requirements into design briefs.· Select, appoint, and manage design consultants, architects, and engineers; monitor deliverables and performance.· Review and approve design submissions, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with design intent.· Ensure that all design solutions align with brand standards, sustainability goals, and Dubai’s building regulations and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).Technical & Regulatory Oversight· Oversee the submission process for design approvals and NOCs from relevant authorities.· Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, health and safety standards, and environmental sustainability practices.· Provide design-related technical support during the tendering and construction phases.Leadership & Coordination· Manage multidisciplinary design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.· Conduct regular design coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and align project teams.· Mentor junior architects and design coordinators within the organization.Value Engineering & Innovation· Drive design optimization and value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or aesthetics.· Stay updated on international design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices to ensure competitive and innovative project delivery.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors, to provide clients with a full suite of services.Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, offering expert advice on pricing strategies, property value, and negotiation tactics.Create compelling property listings, utilizing professional photography and staging techniques to highlight the best features and attract potential buyers.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Conduct detailed account reconciliations, Vat related documentations.Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.Documnet filing, book keeping, office administration.
