Job Title: Marketing ManagerKey Responsibilities:Campaign Management & Strategy:Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) across multiple platforms including email, social media, search engine marketing, events, and more. Analyze campaign performance, optimize for maximum ROI, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.Podcast Development & Execution:Lead the production and promotion of company podcasts or audio content. This includes content strategy, guest coordination, scriptwriting, editing, and distribution across platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.). Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure podcasts align with brand messaging and strategic objectives.Public Relations & Media Relations:Drive PR initiatives by developing press releases, pitching stories to media outlets, and fostering relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and maintain positive media coverage.Content Creation & Social Media Management:Oversee content creation for various channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and more. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring timely posting, engagement, and community management.Brand Strategy & Positioning:Work with the leadership team to refine brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Lead efforts to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to drive more targeted campaigns.Event Management & Promotion:Organize and promote events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, product launches, trade shows, and industry conferences. Drive event marketing strategies to increase attendance and engagement.Team Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Creative to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Manage external agencies and freelancers, providing direction and feedback as needed.Experience:Minimum of 4-5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B/B2C setting.Proven experience in campaign development and execution, including digital marketing (social media, email, paid search, etc.).Strong background in podcasting, including content creation, promotion, and growth.Solid PR experience, including press releases, media outreach, and managing media relations.Experience in content creation and social media strategy.Skills & Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics.Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
