Roles & Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute various types of events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings. Handle full scale Wedding Hall & Catering Teams. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services for events. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure their needs are met. Manage event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, and transportation. Oversee event registration and attendee management, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and drive attendance. Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve event planning and execution. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and impactful events. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, with at least X years of work experience. Certifications in event management, project management, or related fields are a plus. Experience working in the events industry, preferably in a similar role or with a similar scope of responsibilities. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver unique event experiences. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
