We supply a comprehensive range of materials to clients in the construction and contracting sectors. Our product line includes hardware & fasteners, hand tools, power tools, paints & accessories, cement boards, electrical items, doors, veneers, hardwood, melamine MDF, MR MDF, FR MDF, chipboard, red meranti, white wood, marine plywood, and commercial plywood.To support our growth, we are looking for experienced and motivated Outdoor Sales Officers who understand the building materials market and can generate consistent business through strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell the company’s full range of building materials to traders, contractors, and construction companies across the UAE.Develop and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.Conduct site visits, present suitable products based on project needs, and follow up on inquiries.Prepare and negotiate quotations to close profitable sales deals.Keep up-to-date knowledge of the UAE market, competitor pricing, and product applications.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Candidate Requirements:Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in outdoor sales within the building materials trading, construction, or contracting industries.Excellent knowledge of building material products listed above.Strong existing network in the trading and contracting market is highly preferred.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Salary & Incentives:Base Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 depending on experience and performance.Incentives: Attractive target-based commission.Bonuses: Performance-linked rewards for exceeding sales targets.Allowances: Fuel or transportation allowance / company vehicle (where applicable). Note:This is a performance-driven role. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven sales background in building materials trading and knowledge of a broad product range.
