With a focus in Fashion, Retail, Branding and Social Media Comms we look to support our clients in building long term brand equity.Job Requirements:Completion of a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects) and other design software.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.A portfolio showcasing design projects and skills.Creatively driven and consistently stays up to date with trends.Key Responsibilities:Creative Direction & Conceptualization:Lead the visual direction for a variety of design projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and clients brief.Develop innovative and strategic creative concepts, presenting them to internal teams, and guiding them from ideation through to execution.Oversee the creative process, ensuring that designs are compelling, effective, and reflect the brand’s unique voice.Brand Identity & Design Execution:Develop and maintain style guides, mood boards, and design assets that define and reinforce the visual language of client brands.Lead the creation of marketing materials, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, presentations, and advertising.Oversee the development and execution of brand identities across multiple touchpoints (digital, print, social media, packaging, etc.), ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals.Collaboration & Team Leadership:Guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and helping them grow in their craft.Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to ensure cohesive execution across all creative elements.Lead creative brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to generate fresh ideas and solutions.Client & Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the key visual point of contact for clients, presenting creative concepts and guiding them through the design process.Provide design recommendations that align with both the creative vision and the client’s business goals.Quality Control & Project Management:Maintain the highest standards of design quality across all projects, ensuring that final outputs meet both creative and technical specifications.Oversee the preparation of design files for production, ensuring that designs are ready for print, web, or other media.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.Trends & Innovation:Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that your work remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.Push the boundaries of design to create work that is fresh, exciting, and relevant to the target audience.Feedback & Revisions:Manage feedback from clients and internal teams, ensuring that revisions are handled professionally and effectively.Maintain design integrity while responding to feedback and making necessary changes to meet client needs and expectations.Ensure the timely execution of revisions while staying within the scope.Presentation & Communication:Present creative work to clients and internal teams with confidence, articulating the design concepts, ideas, and rationale behind your choices.Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively at all stages of the creative process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design work integrates seamlessly with overall brand and marketing strategies.
