This role focuses on selling off-plan properties from leading developers, targeting high-net-worth individuals and investors looking for exclusive property investments.The ideal real estate agents will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding living spaces that fit their criteria.Key Responsibilities:· Promote and sell off-plan luxury properties from top developers in Dubai.· Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences· Actively Generate leads: Actively seek new clients through networking, marketing campaigns, referrals to build a strong pipeline of potential investors.· Advise clients on best returns: Offer tailored advice based on clients' investment goals to ensure the highest potential returns.· Conduct property briefings: Present comprehensive property details, including floor plans, project timelines, location benefits, and developer credibility, to provide clients with a clear understanding of their options.· Keep up-to-date with market trends: Monitor and analyse market movements, new developments, and investment opportunities to offer clients the most current information.
