The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide variety of administrative tasks. As the PA to the MD, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and providing personal and professional assistance to ensure the smooth running of the MD's activities.Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the MD, ensuring efficient use of time and priorities.Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas as required, ensuring seamless travel experiences.Communication Management: Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, prioritizing and filtering messages, and ensuring timely responses.Document Preparation & Reporting: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for meetings, and ensure all materials are well-organized.Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including setting up conference calls, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups on action items.Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to the MD, such as handling personal errands, family-related tasks, or any ad hoc personal requests.Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships on behalf of the MD.Expense Management: Assist with budgeting, preparing expense reports, and managing invoices related to travel, meetings, and office expenses.Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Office Management: Provide general office support as required, including coordinating office supplies, ensuring the MD's office is well-organized, and maintaining office systems.
