Ensures authority compliance and coordination with mechanical/electrical teams.Key Responsibilities:Design foundations for transformers, pumps, equipment plinths, and switchgear.Perform analysis for pipe racks, thrust blocks, retaining walls, and chambers.Ensure seismic/wind load considerations in all designs.Prepare and review designs for substations, pump houses, and control rooms.Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP service integration.Ensure ADM and authority requirements are satisfied.Review soil investigations and recommend foundation systems.Support road crossings, utility diversions, and drainage works.

Review the requests from the project to verify the allocation and available budget.Maintain project records of cost data for all cost analysis and reporting functions from various sources.Assemble data for the preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts.Identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance.Verify the data received from the project related to the forecast reportImplement the project forecast reportCheck the actual cost of the project monthly and verify the norms.Update the project financials and compare with the plan.
