Job PurposeTo safely execute and perform Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities at site as per ADNOC standards, approved job plans, PTW requirements, and project specifications. The Job Performer shall ensure full compliance with HSE rules, technical procedures, drawings, and ADNOC codes of practice.Permit to Work (PTW) ResponsibilitiesReview Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HSE risk assessments, and toolbox talks before starting work.Act as authorized Job Performer under ADNOC PTW system.Ensure all isolation plans (LOTO), tags, barricading, and safety requirements are correctly implemented.Coordinate with Area Authority, Issuing Authority, and Site Supervisors.Electrical Technical TasksPerform installation, testing and commissioning of:LV/MV electrical systemsPower & control cables (glanding, termination, meggering)Switchgear, MCC panels, VFDs, transformers, bus ductsLighting systems, earthing & bonding systemsCarry out IR/PI tests, continuity checks, loop checks, torque tightening and inspection as per standard.Perform troubleshooting of electrical equipment under supervision.Instrumentation Technical TasksCarry out installation, calibration, testing and loop checking for:Field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level)Control valves, MOVs, analyzers, transmittersDCS/ESD/SCADA I/O systemsJunction boxes, marshalling cabinets, impulse linesPerform instrument tubing fabrication, routing, flushing, air-blowing and leak-test.Execute SAT/FAT support activities where required.Compliance & StandardsEnsure all E&I work complies with:ADNOC Codes of PracticeIEC/IEEE standardsProject specifications, method statements, ITPs & drawingsMaintain quality documentation: checklists, as-built updates, inspection reports.HSE ResponsibilitiesEnsure all work is carried out with full compliance to HSE policies.Participate in hazard identification (HAZID), TBT, near miss reporting.Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, equipment, and safe work practices.
